Terms & Conditions
Should you decide to use our services, please fill in our online contact form. Please state clearly your name, address, contact numbers and your enquiry. We will also visit you by appointment to assess your requirements.
Method of payment: We require payment by cash, cheque or standing orders on the day of services rendered or in advance.
Minimum charge for the regular service is 2.5 hours weekly, 3 hours fortnightly, 4 hours single visits, 6 hours for spring cleaning, end of tenancy and after builders clean.
Two weeks notice is required in advance if you have to postpone or terminate our services. If notice is not given or if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the arranged time a fee of one session applies.
We are fully insured, please report any accidents immediately to ensure prompt reply.
We will provide the same cleaning operator on regular basis, only to be replaced when on holiday, off sick or due to end of their contract.
The client agrees not to offer or accept direct employment to or from the cleaner during contract and within twelve months of end of contract.
You will provide a safe and secure environment for our operators to work in. We will provide you with a list of recommended cleaning products which will ensure the quality of your service.
